Welcome to Chains of the Past, an AU Nanatsu no Taizai (Seven Deadly Sins) RP. Britannia is enjoying a period of tense peace, with the Demons main forces hiding away in their home while their grunts roam the Earth. The Holy Knights of Britannia have no desire to attack, simply defending their forces against the grunts while amassing power for the approaching Holy War. Everyone can feel it, though no one prepared to be the spark that lights the dark flame. How far will the flames spread? Will Britannia fall or will the forces of good prevail?

Istar is the Holy Land of the Goddess' and their Capital. Hidden within a forest on the outskirts of the ever expansive desert. Inside is a beautiful scene of nature, trees on the horizon with flowers blooming all over, and a beautiful lake overlooking their grand tower of operations. Though a Capital, they are considered a part of the Kingdom of Camelot.

A valley created from the aftermath of the scuffles with the Demons back before there were Kingdoms. There is still residual darkness radiating there, and some say the corpses of slain demons remain within, though no one has been brave enough to check.

The Kingdom of Camelot is a fairly newly established one, though they formed long ago. They made several failed expeditions and, as such, drained their money and fell into depression just now digging out into prosperity once again. Now they are leading their people into a bright new age.
