Welcome to Chains of the Past, an AU Nanatsu no Taizai (Seven Deadly Sins) RP. Britannia is enjoying a period of tense peace, with the Demons main forces hiding away in their home while their grunts roam the Earth. The Holy Knights of Britannia have no desire to attack, simply defending their forces against the grunts while amassing power for the approaching Holy War. Everyone can feel it, though no one prepared to be the spark that lights the dark flame. How far will the flames spread? Will Britannia fall or will the forces of good prevail?

Northern Britannia

The Kingdom of Danafor is located in Northern Britannia, and is a kingdom of frightening military might. The children of the kingdom are trained from birth as Holy Knight Apprentices, and then follow on in their families footsteps to protect their kingdom from any other invading kingdom. Though eerily silent, they remain isolated, and almost poised. The Kingdom is surrounded by mountains, the city almost like a bunker, ready for war on either end. Because of their single-minded determination, they have allowed the cities to deteriorate. The military, so devoted, have removed their king form power. The kingdoms source of trade involves exporting beautifully crafted weapons.

Southern Britannia

Located to the south, is the Kingdom of Camelot, surrounded by an expansive sea of sand, desolate, and seemingly desiccated. Deep within, almost as if a mirage, is the glorious city of Camelot. Despite only recently being raised up, they are quite prosperous and prefer to remain on good terms with the other kingdoms. The most amicable of the four kingdoms, they value friendship and camaraderie above strength in combat, not saying that they are lacking in their soldiers. Their Holy Knights are just as fearsome as any, some say even more for their dedication to their loved ones.

In Central Britannia, lies the impregnable and massive Liones. Because of their location, other kingdoms have viewed them as the easiest targete for attack, and so Liones had no choice but to form their own army, one that could dfend their kingdom from multiple sides. They succeeded, and have kept their people safe while earning the reputation as the fiercest kingdom, even above Danafor, who wouldn't take initiative like they did. Originally keeping people out, as time went on, their reputation began to precede them and they would open up their borders.

Directly across Edinburgh, skipping over Liones, is the Avalon Kingdom. Originally an Island, their greatest King, a fire using knight, began to create land until they were connected with the rest of the mainland, effectively doubling the space in their kingdom, and showcasing their wonderful ability. Farmers and fishers, aren't advanced in war arts, however, their Holy Knights are adept at creating their own personalized weapons to augment their own abilities. Because of their rapid ascension from island to the continent, they are cursed with spectacular amounts of snow every day of the year.

Found in the East, the beautiful kingdom of Edinburgh lies with an incredibly bewitching castle, unmatched in beauty. Edinburgh is rich in minerals that is use to make glass, so they have incredible glass-ware thanks to their artisans. The Holy Knights from this kingdom are rumored to have defended their kingdom from an assault from Vampires long ago, sealing them away in the mountains 200 miles to the north.

The Giant capital, on raised rock from their creator, they have created a beautifully simple city in Megadozer. The Giants are split into warriors and dancers, whose jobs are self-explanatory. The dance they perform is a sacred one, performed only by those who have a true feel for the Earth.

Underground City - Hades

The Underground City is the Demon Capital, Hades, located within a portal in Zhuhur Valley which is only accessible to those with Demon Blood. The City itself is bathed in molten lava and is half ravaged, half medieval with the Obelisk of Dark Souls housing the Demon Lord himself.

Fairy Capital - Oberon

Named after the first Fairy King, whom sacrificed himself for his people, the Fairy City is adorned by trees, fields, several hundred thousands of flowers, and a large expansive ocean around them. Their houses are made from the roots of the Sacred Tree, with the Fairy King having free reign over the entirety.
